We opened our doors in Thetsane in 2019 with a simple conviction: good healthcare should be thorough, affordable and available when people actually need it — including at two in the morning.
From one consulting room to a full-service clinic
Family Health Clinic & Pharmaceuticals was established in 2019 to close a real gap in Maseru: patients were being sent from the doctor to one place for blood tests, another for a scan, and a third for their medication — often losing a full day, and sometimes giving up altogether.
We built the clinic differently. Consultation rooms, a laboratory, an imaging suite and a fully stocked pharmacy sit in the same building at Thetsane Office Park, so a single visit can take you from symptom to treatment.
As we grew, we saw how many families in Lesotho were travelling long distances for renal care. That led to MYNK Dialysis, our specialised unit providing quality dialysis at prices local families can sustain — because a treatment you cannot afford to continue is not really a treatment.
Today we care for newborns, grandparents, chronic-care patients and visitors from across the South African border, 24 hours a day.
